AFFORD-A-BLACK™ by Screen Systems.

AFFORD-A-BLACK™ by Screen Systems is the only ink designed for film positive output on ink jet printers. This is a dye ink formulated for clear ink jet film that is scratch resistant and quick drying, with excellent UV blocking characteristics. There are cartridges for the popular Epson printers as well as bulk systems for the R1800, R2400, 2200, and 1250. Note: all cartridges contain black ink. Where a color is named, it indicates the slot the cartridge is designed to replace. All AFFORD-A-BLACK inks are designed for use with Fastrip raster image processors. Light Magenta and Light Cyan replacements are for use with Fastrip HS (High Speed) rips only.

T-Jet Ink and Supplies

FastInk3 from US Screen
FastInk Textile is a specially formulated water based, pigment textile ink that will work on 100% cotton (light and dark colored shirts) and 50/50 (light colored) materials. It only needs a simple heat setting with a transfer press to make the print wash fast. FastInk is manufactured to the highest standards, and is the brightest in the industry. Plus, FastInk White is the finest anywhere!

TEXTILE PRETREATMENT
Pretreatment is applies to shirts with a Wagner® Power Sprayer and heat set in a transfer press. Pretreatment makes ink sit on the surface for a brighter print. While pretreatment is essential for printing white in dark shirts, either alone or as an underbase, it is optional on light colored shirts. FastBright pretreatment will make colors much brighter on light colored fabrics.
