The Douthitt DMZ Direct Method
Screen Exposure System is the ideal large format screen exposure
system. It’s great advantage is that it reduces floor
space, is a self contained light source and provides an easy
loading height when using large screens. This eases back pain
and stress for the screen room operators. It has an automated
start and cancel feature and Douthitt boasts that the DMZ
give you guaranteed light exposure because of the pre-set
light exposure setting and distance to glass.

The Douthitt DMV Direct Method
Screen Exposure System is ideal for Extremely Large Format
screen exposure system. This is an easy Ergonomic Loading
system for large and/or heavy screen frames. Frames are loaded
vertically on a heavy duty steel support bar. Amotorized blanket
frame moves toward the glass frame and air locks to seal the
frame. Douthitt’s Model 52 Air Pump provides perfect
contact of frame to glass.
