Automatic Emulsion Coaters

GRUNIG AUTOMATIC EMULSION COATERS
Sefar offers the Grunig line of Automatic Emulsion Coaters. Coaters are typically used in high volume and large format screen print shops. Coaters are available in small format and
large landscape or portrait formats. The Tetko-Grunig G-405Automatic Coating Machine was originally introduced in the North American marketplace in 1979. It is the most advanced technology providing maximum performance for all stencil applications. Sturdy construction assures uniform and even coating results on a complete range of screen printing fabrics. Unsurpassed for efficiency and economy, The G-405 is suited for all textile and screen printing applications within specified screen frame dimensions. The Tetko-Grunig G-411Automatic Coating Machine yields precise and consistent results with coating thickness tolerances
of ±3 microns across the width and length of the coating area. The 15 program memory allows for preset emulsion stencil thickness on a variety of screen mesh. Equipped with a user friendly key pad, easy input of coating instructions such as application speed, number of coatings, dwell time and coating through pressure provide total control over the entire process. The Tetko-Grunig G-420Automatic Coating Machine is engineered for coating screens with outside dimensions up to 197” x 197”. Screens can be loaded and unloaded from either side of the unit, ideal for in-line screen making. The Tetko-Grunig G-600Automatic Coating Machine is fully automatic modular in-line machine for the developement of CD
stencils.
