USES: 527 Keystone White is a fantastic stand alone white when a flat finish is desired. Keystone White has a low tack matte finish. Printers can now print colors on top of a white under base directly after flashing. Cool down periods are no longer necessary. Keystone White is very smooth, creamy, and opaque. It is suitable for both hand and automatic machine printing.
FINISH: Very soft hand.
OPACITY: Excellent
DRYING TIME: Excalibur Ink will fully heat cure when the entire ink film reaches 310°F .
SCREEN FABRIC: 60-160/inch mesh depending on opacity and deposit required.
SCREEN COATING, FILM, BLOCKOUT: All types of stencils may be used for screen printing 50/50P Series Plastisol Inks
MODIFIERS: 501 Curable Reducer.
SQUEEGEE: Medium Durometer is recommended.
WASHUP: Use SYS-1925 or biodegradable washup SYS-2500, SYS-2550 or SYS-2510 screen wash gel.
