SPECIFICATIONS:

575 Electric White is a completely phthalate free, low bleed plastisol specifically designed to prevent dye migration on cotton/poly blended fabrics including "hoodies". Sabre White's short body and cremy texture easily prints through meshes up to 305/in and provides excellent results when used as an under base, stand-alone of highlight white. A print/flash/print technique may be necessary to produced desired results on dark garments. On automatic presses a double stroke may be necessary to fill the fibers and lay a nice, smooth underbase on surface of garment for overprint colors.

OPACITY: Excellent

CURING:Excalibur ink will cure when the entire thickness of the ink film reaches 310°F. (155°C) and held at this temperature for at least 15 seconds. Thicker deposits of Electric White will require longer dwell times at this temperature.

GEL TEMPERATURE:Ink will surface gel at 220°F. (105°C).

HEAT TRANSFERS: May be used to produce cold peel transfers.

SCREEN FABRIC: For direct printing, 83-305/inch mesh may be used. For transfers, use 83-125/inch mesh.

SQUEEGEE: Medium durometer (:70) or triple durometer (70/90/70) is recommended.

SCREEN COATING, FILM, BLOCKOUT: All types of stencils may be used for screen printing Electric White

MODIFIERS:To reduce the viscosity of the ink, slight amounts of 501 Curable Reducer may be added. Caution, adding too much reducer will reduce opacity and diminish bleed resistance.

WASHUP: Use SYS-1925 or biodegradable washup SYS-2500, SYS-2550 or SYS-2510 screen wash gel.
