American Ultraviolet UV Dryer Mini Conveyor

American Ultraviolet manufactures a full line of UV Dryers and offers this mini-UV dryer to the market as a perfect lab UV dryer or small part production UVdryer. This Mini Conveyorized UV Curing System provides production capabilities and intense ultraviolet energy for curing ultraviolet paints, inks, and coatings. The irradiation system incorporates an elliptical focused heat-sink reflector; six-inch, 300Watt/inch curing lamp; vacuum hold-down and centrally located exhaust cooling fan. To replace lamp, simply lift top cover of irradiator; the side extrusions and shielding remain stationary. The conveyor system is constructed of enameled aluminum with six-inch-wide, UV resistant coated fiberglass belt. Asolid-state variable-speed control enables operator to accurately adjust to cure slower UV adhesives, as well as fast-drying UVinks and coatings.

The Systematic Automation Model UVSP-8 has been developed to address the needs of printers who want to cure cylindrical or irregularly shaped objects from the size of a pen barrel to a one gallon bottle. Acure height of 8 inches is standard (other sizes available). It is designed as a stand alone table top unit for use with semi-automatic
screen printing or spray coat applications of inks, adhesives or coatings. It can also be easily integrated into fully automated line at any time. Changeover from one product size to the next is accomplished easily and without tools. This machine is the most sophisticated and reliable UV Spin Curing device ever made. The UVSPseries delivers a focused beam of energy on your product without retorting to reflectors. This technique ensures consistent and uniform UVcuring. The UVSPmachine incorporates a patented UV escapement for maximum protection for the operator. Products to be cured are placed by hand or automatically on the loadng station of the machine. The revolving drum moves continuously at a slow and adjustable speed. A constant stream of products are transported within the spin cure device where they are rotated at an adjustable speed in front of the UV lamp. Aconversion chart on the machine allows the operator to set the spin rate in RPM’s to attain equivalent “feet per minute” curing speed for the specific diameter product being cured.
