Rigid Aluminum Frames
Our rigid aluminum alloy frames meet industry needs for critical registration and dimensional stability necessary for accurate printing. They can be fabricated to meet any overall size. These rigid aluminum frames are made of high strength aluminum alloy extrusions for light weight and easy handling (no gripping mechanisms or floating drawbars are required). Our aluminum frames are sandblasted on the bonding surface for maximum adhesion of fabric to frame. The wall thickness is shown for all models. Models are shown below with their cross-section and recommended maximum frame size in inches.
