Capillary Film

Achieve top-quality results on varied applications.

Capillary films are high quality direct emulsions precisely coated on polyester film. The provide high definition stencils because the have uniform thickness and don’t have the tendency to shrink around thread knuckles. Ink deposits can also be tightly controlled for the same reason. Screens are also prepared more quickly because screen making steps are reduced.

Murakami MS

Murakami photopolymer PVA-SBQ stencil systems provide for superior imaging and durability. 100% phthalate free and enviornmentally safe films with a shelf life of 3+ years. Specially designed for close tolerance work and thick film applications. Use MS Graphic film for stronger solvents and MS film for textile and mild solvents.

Murakami Thick Film

Murakami invented thick film and orthers are still trying to catch up. Thick films allow very heavy ink deposits adhesives, masks, and recently high density plastisol.
Available in 16 x 23” sheets, 5 per package. Use One Pot Sol-C to adhere to mesh.

Ulano Photopolymer Capilary Film

Ultra fast photopolymer capillary films provide ultra sharp stencils for all applications. QSR film is a magenta colored film for graphic applications. ideal for agressive solvents including M.E.K. lacquer thinner, toluene and UV inks, QTX is a pink film designed for plastisol printers. Solvents stronger than mineral spirits will cause premature breakdown of QTX. Special size sheets available in packages of 100.

Dual Cure Capillary Film

ULANO MATRIX

Matrix is the latest capillary film from Ulano. It uses the latest dual cure technology for rapid exposure, razor sharp stencils, solvent resistance and easy reclaim. A green film with high contrast for easy visibility during washout.

Diazo Capillary Film

ULANO CDF

One of the original capillary films and still one of the most popular. Easy to see green film is hunidity resistant, but not agressive solvents, and may “freeze in” if agressive solvents are used.
