Dual-Cure Emulsions

Dual cure emulsions have a premixed photopolymer sensitizer and a separate diazo sensitizer. They provide faster exposures than diazo only sensitized emulsions with resistance to solvent and water based inks.

Ulano QX-1 Hybrid
Color: Blue, 37% Solids

QX-1 is a one pot (no mixing) SBQ sensitized dual cure hybrid that conbines the convenience, exposeure speed, and shelf life of pure photopolymer emulsions with the durability, versatility and imaging properties of dual-cure emulsions. QX-1 feature wide exposure latitude, very easy coating, and superb printing performance under high and low humidity conditions. This blue-green emulsion has 37% solids for fast drying and is uneffected by hot solvents.

Ulano LX-680 Hi-Resolution
Color: Blue, 38% Solids

Murakami SP-7500
Color: Pink       41% Solids

SP-7500 is a high resolution, diazo/photopolymer (dual-cure) type red emulsion for plastisol or water based textile printing. Coats and builds up easily because of high(39%) solids content. Exhibits excellent durability, resolutoin and definition with a wide exposure latitude, with faster exposure times than diazo sensitized emulsions. Is not effected by hot solvents.

Murakami Photocure Pro
Color: Blue, 44% Solids

Dries very fast, is humidity resistant and exhibits a low surface tack for graphic printing. Excellent for large format graphic and industrial printing. Extremely high resolution properties. Can also be used for fine detail or halftone textile printing.

Ulano DLX - Dual Sensitized

DLX is a high quality dual-cure are a reasonable price. DLX features superior resistance to humidity, rapid drying without residual surface oiliness, and reduced acrylate odor often associated with dual-cure emulsions. DLX is blue in color and has a matte finnish with no tack which allows for easy positioning of film and for easy removal of tape with negligible emulsion lift off.
