Photopolymer Emulsions

Photopolymer emulsions are ready for use out of the container. They are fully mixed and presensitized with SBQ photopolymer sensitizer. Exposure times are 5 times faster than diazo and at least twice as fast as dual cure emulsions with excellent resolution and definition. Open containers must be handled under yellow safe lights before exposure.

Color: Blue or Pink, 46% Solids

Aquasol HV is an outstanding resolution PVA-SBQ pure photopolymer blue emulsion for plastisol or water based textile printing (when hardened with Murakami hardener and diazo sensitizer). Coats and builds up easily because of a high(46%) solids content. Exhibits excellent durability, resolution and definition with a wide exposure latitude. with 3-5 times faster exposure times than diazo sensitized emulsions.

One Pot Sol C Photopolymer Emulsion
Color: Green, 37% Solids

One Pot Sol C Murakami Screen’s patented Premium SBQ sensitized direct emulsion developed for critical close tolerance applications. Designed for reproducing very fine detail and halftones and is resistant to solvents. Exposure is extremely fast - 3 to 5 times faster than diazo type emulsions. Exhibits exceptional resolution and definition qualities due to the unique sensitizer, making this emulsion capable of reproducing the finest artwork. Due to balanced solids content (37%) fewer coats are required for optimal build-up. This green emulsion is recommended for all inks except water soluble.It is extremely important to clean and degrease the screen mesh prior to application of emulsion.

Ulano QFX
Color: Magenta, 38% Solids

QFX is a ready-to-use, ultra-fast-exposing photopolymer direct emulsion formulated for industrial halftone and fine detail graphics printing with solvent inks. QFX has superb resolution and offers high solids content for stencils with exceptional edge definition. Recommended for fine detail and halftone printing. QFX resists most solvent-based inks. Stencils made with the emulsion are extremely durable, and yet can be reclaimed easily.

Photocure SR
Color: Red, 37% Solids

Photocure SR is a red colored PVA-SBQ presensitized pure photopolymer direct emulsion for UV, commecial graphics, and textile (water based and plastisol) inks. Photocure SR exhibits superior resolution and definition with wide exposure latitude for on color to 4-color process printing. Excellent solvent resistance and east reclaiming. Extremely durable ad resistant to pinholing and breakdown. Acceptable water resistance.

Saati PV is the brand's premium, durable, fast photopolymer emultion. This medium viscosity emulsion contains 42% solids, and can be used with plastisol and warer based inks (with post exposur).

AQUASOL - TS
Color: Blue, 44% Solids

Aquasol TS is Murakami Screen’s SBQ sensitized direct emulsion for the ultimate stencil for textile printing. Designed for reproducing very fine detail and halftones. Exposure is extremely fast - 3 to 5 times faster than diazo type emulsions. Due to the Balanced solids content (44%) fewer coats are required for optimal build up. The addition of Diazo sensitizer is recommended for use with water soluble inks. Clear (undyed) color.

Ulano QLT
Color: Blue, 43% Solids

An ultra-fast SBQ textile emulsion with high viscosity and solids. Almost as an afterthought, we mentioned that it resists most washup solvents. That has proved to be a key feature now that many ink manufacturers are reformulating plastisols to eliminate phthalates as plasticizers. As it happens, the replacement plasticizers contain more aggressive solvents. QLT is quickly gaining new imprinted sportswear customers who now require an emulsion with better solvent resistance.
