Emulsion hardener can have a major impact on productivity by keeping presses running during periods of high temperature and humidity or when screens are breaking down prematurely for any reason. Easy to apply and the results are dramatic.

MURAKAMI A/B EMULSION HARDENER

Use with direct emulsions, capillary films and direct/indirect films. Emulsion hardener can have a major impact on productivity by keeping presses running during periods of high temperature and humidity or when screens are breaking down prematurely for any reason. Use part A only for a reclaimable screen. Combining parts A & B will result in a permanent screen. In the two part system, the A & B components are mixed in equal (1:1) proportions prior to use. The combination product is applied with a sponge to both sides of the exposed and washed out, and dry mesh. Blow out residue after five minutes and allow screen to dry for 30 minutes. Rinse with water before blocking out.

MURAKAMI MS HARDENER

MS Hardener is a one part hardener that is applied to both sides of the screen after it is exposed, developed, blocked out, and dried. It improves stencil water resistance for water base and discharge printing yet still allows for the stencil to be reclaimed.
