Stainless Steel Wire Cloth
Stainless steel wire cloth is the best fabric choice where sharpness and close-tolerance printing are vital. Micro-circuits, pc boards, and electronic parts are typical applications. It is also ideal for use with thermoplastic colors in ceramic or plastic container decorating. Stainless steel mesh is the only material that will efficiently carry the electric current necessary for “hot ink” printing. Where permanent screens are required, stainless steel has a superior tensile strength (31.75 ton per square inch, 45 kg. per square mm). Steel fabrics are available in both 316 and 304 types. Other meshes and widths are also availiable.
