Diamond Chase Tensioning Frames
Five models for easy stretching/tensioning!
The Diamond Chase slef tensioning frames quickly lock any type of fabric
(including stainless) into four frame locking channels. These channels
are then tightened away from the center with the use of recessed countersunk
allen head or hex head bolts. Frame dimensions and maximum sizes are
listed.

Diamond Chase Roller Frames
Quick and accurate screen tensioning at a reasonable price.
Three simple
steps save time, therefore lowering labor costs and speeding production.
First cut screen material and secure on all four sides with the flat
locking rods. Note these rods are placed in slot with the use of of Diamond
Chase Pizza Roller. Second, loosen lock nuts slightly and exert tension
away from the center using proper open end wrench. When tension is achieved
use corresponding open end wrench to lock end nuts. After all gour sides
have been tightened any readjustment is done in same manner until proper
tension is achieved.
