Matsui Additives
Clear 301C Base is a clear binder base for use on white and light colored fabrics. Can be printed through a high mesh count screen up to 305 which will produce an ultra soft hand. Mix with pigment (5 to10% pigment to base by weight) Mesh counts up to 305.<br><br> Matte 301M Base is a semi opaque matte white binder base for use on colored fabrics. Can be printed through a high mesh count screen up to 305. Mix with pigment (5 to10% pigment to base by weight) Mesh counts up to 305.<br><br> White 301W Base is a high opacity white base for use on dark or colored fabrics. Can be used as an under-base, high opacity spot white ink or mixed with pigment (5 to10% pigment to base by weight) Mesh counts up to 305.<br><br>

Matsui Additives
<p>ALPHA Color Series is a mixing system in which all the colors in the system are ready for use or can be mixed with each other to make other colors. The best feature of the system, is you can follow the formulas in your color guide book without needing to use software. This makes it the quickest and most economical way to make custom colors. In addition, this system can be used for both Discharge printing and regular printing. Just add about 5% of discharge activatior to make this work on dischargable dark cotton substrates.</p>

<p>Matsui's new 301 ECO-Series Water Based Ink System base binders, pigments and inks are specifically designed for today's high speed automatic screen printing presses. The eco-friendly 301 ECO-Series inks offer advantages over the traditional plastisol inks and are superior to plastisol ink systems currently being used in high volume textile shops.</p> <p>The 301 Eco Series Inks manufactured by Matsui Shikiso Chemical Co., Ltd., Japan contains no harmful chemicals or toxic substances as known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects or other reproductive harm, at levels which would require a warning under the California Proposition 65 (Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986) law.</p>
Matsui Pigments
<p>When printing on polyester knit or woven fabric (specially Spandex / Lycra fabric), dye sublimation ('bleeding) from the fabric is likely to happen. Under Coat Binder is a water based binder used as an under print layer to block sublimation from the fabric. The pigment print on the top is not hindered and will remain white or other printed colors. Under Coat Base is eco friendly and free of PVC. Phthalates, Organo Tin compounds and any other substances banned by regulation.</p>
