KC-8214 Glass Primer

Description:

KC-8214 is a specially formulated blend of organic and inorganic substances in a water/alcohol medium.

A clean dry surface is preferred for superior adhesion.

Apply by dipping, brushing, wiping, or via controlled spraying for minimal film thickness. Dry the glass primer quickly by using forced air or heating for one minute or less.

After the primer is completely dry, you can screen print Kolorcure Glass King II UV curable inks onto the primed glass and expect to get excellent adhesion and moisture resistance. A 350-390 mesh per inch is recommended.

An 80 Durometer (Shore A Hardness) Polyurethane squeegee is recommended.
