PRINTING:846/847 High Stretch Adhesive should completely cover the printed image. 846/847 should only be partially gelled and NOT fully cured.Add up to 5%.
MESH:80/inch to 120/inch (32T cm to 48T cm).
HEAT TRANSFERING:846/847 will transfer at temperatures from 300°F to 390°F (149°C to 199°C). At lower temperature ranges, the appropriate time should be around 12 - 15 seconds. At higher temperature ranges, the curing time should be around 4 - 7 seconds.
SCREEN COATING, FILM, BLOCKOUT: Use water soluble hand-cut, photo screens and blockouts with this ink or use other suitable products.
WASHUP: T-125 mineral spirits, or biodegradable washes SYS-2500, SYS-2550 or SYS-2510 screen wash gel.
